The hotel is in a great location with clean rooms and friendly staff. Although the rooms could use a bit of updating, the service and pool area make up for it. The dining experience had its highs and lows, but overall, it's a good value for money option in Cancun.

My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were beautiful and so clean, offering a great ocean view from the 7th-floor preferred club level. While there were minor issues like loose plug sockets, the amazing ocean views and the jacuzzi on the deck more than made up for it. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to round up guests and provide thoughtful gestures like a welcome back note and departure gift. The location was stunning, right in the Baia de Banderas, with well-maintained facilities and a lovely beachfront. Dining, although not perfect, was surprisingly good, with some room for improvement. I enjoyed my time at the pool area and felt the value for money was fair given the overall experience.
